- Status Bar is from the Cloudy theme. You can find the entire theme on the MIUI.us forums.

- Icons are a mix from Glaciens, Ebolus, Dayra, GigantorXL, and possibly a few other sets. The .mtz is NFR.

- Date widget is ExtDateWidgetXL

- Page indicators are from the Glaciens theme

- Wallpaper can be downloaded HERE.

- The dock is by me and NFR.

- Notification badge is from the Glasklart HD theme.
